What you can expect when viewing property with Paul?

You will be allowed to tour each home, in private and at your own pace, without a salesperson hovering over your every move. Paul will turn on lights while mentioning a few facts about the home's age, size, amenities, and any unique features.

Paul will then stand back, giving you all the space and time you need to comfortably tour the home while being available to answer questions.

All of Paul's clients will receive the following information for each property they view.

A detailed property report that includes:

1. the MLS history of price changes.
2. a boundary aerial; a computer generated satellite image of the property with clearly marked property lines.
3. the Seller's Disclosure signed by Seller disclosing any known legal or physical defects.
4. the property's sales history including the price paid by seller.
5. estimated property taxes that YOU would pay as the new owner.
6. the current amount of monthly, quarterly, or annual HOA assessments.
7. the amount of any special assessments levied by county or municipalities.

Paul will also provide an honest assessment of each property, including:

1. the reasons you might want to avoid buying it.
2. an opinion of it's actual market value supported by recent comps.
3. likely appreciation in value over time relative to other properties.
4. no sales pitch or pressure to buy any specific property in favor of another.
