Here you will find a collection of homes, condos, and land I've sold. This is only a small sample of the transactions I've been a part of in Southwest Michigan and Northwest Indiana.

The first home immediately below, was a pocket listing that belonged to a broker in New Buffalo and it was not listed for sale in the MLS. At the time, it was the most expensive single family home sold in the county, priced at $5,000,000. With over 200' of private riparian beach frontage and approximately 2 acres of land, this was one of the nicest homes I've had the pleasure of selling.

After owning the home for several years, my clients contacted me with news they were moving overseas and asked that I manage the property as a vacation rental. After one successful season of renting it out weekly for $15,000 per week, the owners contacted me again, but this time they asked that I market the property to be sold. Less than a year later, a local broker procured a buyer and soon a fair price was negotiated and the closing took place remotely as the sellers were still in Europe.
