My style of conducting business is much like the properties I sell; relaxed, casual, and fun. No suit & tie and no pressure. I just provide my clients the latest information available about all real estate currently on the market. All listings; including exclusives, pocket listings, FSBOs, MLS, etc… I am a Consultant, not a Salesperson. As a Buyer’s Agent, I earn my commission the same way the Listing Agent does… from the sales commission paid by the seller.
