Yesterday I wrote a short article about a lost opportunity.

This property is similar in that it is located inside the boundary of Gowdy Shores Home Owners Association and therefore its owners are given deeded rights to the private beach.

The property was just reduced to 310k. It has a documented sales history both in its current condition and before the renovation.
