About Me

I have been a real estate agent / broker for about twenty years.  In 1992, I was seriously injured and underwent a number of spine surgeries and about 10 years of rehab, all the while being active in real estate with my own investments.  While laid up, I spent a few years mastering the art of internet marketing.  I started with selling Cigar Humidors on eBay, then cars, boats, etc...  It didn't take long to realize that the internet was the ideal platform to market realestate.  Not having a huge advertising budget, I became obssessed with figuring out SEO (search engine optimization).  It didn't take long to figure out the internet would quickly become the ideal platform to market real estate.  Therefore, after working on my new real estate site during the spring of 2004, I re-activated my license and signed up with a small local office on June 1, 2004.

This is important.  During the first couple months, web traffic grew steadily and I was easily getting about 12 leads subscribing to my newsletter each day.  Unfortunately, I wasn't showing much property and not writing any deals.  Now keep in mind, I was not doing ANY print ads, no billboards, and not even a business card.  Then, as soon as the weather became less hot and humid, around the end of August, I began booking appointments.  By September, I had about 200 leads captured by my very basic, but high search engine ranking SEO Optimized websites. Beginning September 10, 2004, I closed <b>Six accepted offers in six weeks!</b>  Since then, I have become consistently the top Selling Agent in my market (stats)PDF.
