I am a full time real estate professional
specializing in exclusive vacation and resort properties along the Lake
Michigan shoreline in Southwest Michigan and Northwest Indiana.
My style of conducting business is much like the
properties I sell; relaxed, casual, and fun. No suit & tie and
no pressure. I just provide my clients the latest information
available about all real estate
currently on the market. All listings; including exclusives, pocket listings, FSBOs, MLS,
etc...
I am a Consultant, not a Salesperson.
I specialize in finding buyers (including developers, investors, and vacation home buyers) the best property for their needs. As a Buyer's Agent, I can negotiate for the best price and terms using all the information at my disposal including confidential information that cannot be provided by the listing broker (seller's motivation, previously accepted offers, property history, price reductions, etc...).
As a Buyer's Agent, I earn my commission the same way the Listing Agent does...
from the sales commission paid by the seller.

I have more than twenty (20) years of experience and I know this market as well as anyone.
My clients include developers of the largest and most successful developments in Harborcountry® as well as first-time Vacation Home Buyers. Recently, I've assisted a buyer in acquiring 160 acres for development that was listed for $4.9MM. Another client successfully acquired 167 acres in Northwest Indiana listed at $1.95MM and is now well on his way to developing a beautiful project with more than 40 home sites.
Other sales include a modest summer home in New Buffalo listed at $155,000. In all cases, I provide the best information and immediate response to my clients needs in order for them to make well informed investment decisions, free from any pressure or sales tactics.
